Gallery Cleaner

1. Introduction

LuckyhanStudio (“we”, “us”) operates the Gallery Cleaner application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles, how it is used, and your rights regarding it.

By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Your photos stay on your device

The App analyses your photos and screenshots entirely on your device. Your images, the text recognised inside screenshots, and every analysis result remain in the App's local storage on your phone.

We never upload your photos, thumbnails, recognised text, or image fingerprints to any server. There is no account, no sign-in, and no cloud copy of your gallery.

3. Information We Collect

The App itself collects no personal information and sends none to us. The following is stored only on your device:

Visual fingerprints of your photos, used to group similar shots
Focus and exposure measurements
Whether a photo is a screenshot, and what kind
Dates recognised inside screenshots
Which suggestions you accepted or declined
Your settings

Uninstalling the App deletes all of it.

4. Information We Do Not Collect

Your name, email address or phone number
Your photos or any copy of them
Text recognised inside your screenshots
Your location
Contacts, messages or call history

5. Permissions

Photo access is required so the App can read your gallery and suggest which photos might be deleted. It is used for nothing else.

Deletion always goes through Android's own confirmation dialog. The App cannot delete a photo without your explicit approval on that system prompt.

6. Advertising

Google AdMob: The App displays banner, native, interstitial and app-open advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process device identifiers and advertising-related data to serve and measure ads. See Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Where the law requires it, the App asks for your advertising consent through Google's User Messaging Platform before any ad is requested. You can change that choice at any time from the App's Settings screen.

No photo data is ever shared with advertisers. Advertising is entirely separate from the photo analysis.

7. On-Device Machine Learning

Text recognition inside screenshots uses Google ML Kit running on your device. The models are provided through Google Play services and the recognition happens locally; the screenshot is not sent anywhere.

8. Data Retention

Analysis results stay on your device until you clear them from Settings, or until you uninstall the App. Because we hold no copy of your data, there is nothing on our side to retain or delete.

9. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

10. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (including the EEA and the UK under GDPR, and California under CCPA), you have rights of access, correction, deletion and objection regarding personal data. Because the App keeps your data only on your device, you can exercise all of these directly: clear the analysis from Settings, or uninstall the App.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
